Coaching plans combine structured training with coach support either provided remotely or in person. We are always available to answer questions or make adjustments to the plan as you need.

Many of our clients appreciate having someone along on their journey, to share in their goals, and guide them through the process.

Training Plan with coach messenger, journalling, and load tracking: £80pm (3 month minimum)
Add a 1.5hr Coaching session every month: £120pm

Indoor Coaching

Face to face coaching at any Sheffield climbing wall and possibly further afield. We can help you improve your technical ability, approach, and mental game.

1.5hr: £60
2hr: £80

Training Plans

High quality, periodised training created to fit your goals and timeframe. We want to make sure that you understand the purpose of each phase, the intensity you are working to, and how to adjust around work, life, and outdoor climbing.

Assessments

We can put you through a strain gauge assessment to test your finger strength, rate of force development, and endurance. This costs £80 and will take about 90 min.

We also have assessments built into our training plans to make sure that weights are always correctly adjusted for you.

If you want a technical assessment, we can do that in an indoor coaching session.

Fingerboarding and S&C Plans

We have some pre made fingerboarding and S&C programs that start with an initial test and progress you through the exercises.

Outdoor Instruction & Coaching

We can provide outdoor coaching to help you advance through the grades, gain confidence, and experience new styles and areas. This is best for climbers operating in the f6s and f7s, or VD to E3.

If you have not climbed outdoor before or are fairly new we can also run courses for bouldering, sport and trad climbing.

Costs can be split between 1-4 climbers, depending on the type of day.
