Facility: Bouldering Wall

The Setup You need to choose 8 boulder problems that you know. The problems need to be physical but can be a variety of styles and angles. All the problems should be hard but you should be able to complete them consistently. Rank the problems from hardest to easiest. ​The Training Climb the problems from easiest to hardest and then back down again taking 3 minutes rest in between problems. The level should be such that each boulder requires focus and feels hard, especially when coming back down. It is OK to fall on the hardest few boulders however you are allowed a maximum of 3 attempts at each one. If you are falling on more than the hardest problems then make the session easier next time, if you climb all first time make it harder. ​Tips & Adjustments Focus on climbing well and efficiently, especially when tired. Practice visualising the problems before you climb to eliminate any mistakes.
