Boulder Warm Up

Session Length: 35 minutes Facility: Bouldering Wall


We want to warm up, starting to engage our bodies with gradually harder climbing. It is a good way of adding a bit of progressive bouldering before each session. Spend 15-20 minutes starting with low intensity boulders and carefully progressing until you reach your flash level. Spend 15-20 minutes on harder boulders to make sure you are fully activated for your training.
