Power Campus

Under 18s should only campus under direct coach supervision and restrict training to large holds.

This is a high quality, low volume campusing session. The aim is to move as fast and precisely as possible, without stopping to re-adjust or settle on the holds. Catching a hold badly counts as a fail, and you should drop off. 1 set is any exercise (laddering, double dynos, etc) performed for 1-3 moves.You should take at least 2 minutes rest in between sets. The amount and specifics of the exercises will be specified by your coach. You only complete each exercise once on each side.
