Power Limit

Session Length: 30-45minutes Facility: Woody Board or Splash Board​



Through the session you want to set and climb 5/6 boulder problems, each of 2-4 moves. The style on each problem should be different and use a variety of holds. ​You will have around 3 attempts at each boulder problem, resting for at least 2 minutes in between problems. ​The climbing needs to have a high velocity component but still with good technique. Try to complete both hand and foot moves as quickly as possible, with as much precision as possible. The problems should feel hard, especially when completed at that speed. ​As soon as your movement speed starts to drop or lose coordination then your session is over.
