Session Length: 1hr Facility: Bouldering Wall
This is a skill based bouldering session where you can work on problems without a specific physical outcome. Feel free to just climb whatever you like the look of, or work on a specific style of skill (ideas below). Remember to leave enough time and skin for your training! Session Ideas -Choose a wall angle or type to work on such as slabs or aretes. -Choose a movement style such as coordination, dynamic, controlled. -Choose problems with specific holds such as undercuts, slopers etc. -Choose problems with specific movements such as bridging or laybacking.
